Even while playing, I still see plenty of rough edges here and there... (I guess actual gameplay is still a long way off, haha!).

For now, please just take this as a demonstration that it works like this.

Currently, it's only ported to Linux and OPENSTEP, but it has been compiled and minimally tested on Windows and macOS... so I'm sure it'll manage somehow.

Although I know I really should test the gameplay properly, I've been so caught up in tinkering that my progress checks have been a bit sloppy. Once I clear out some of the backed-up tasks, I'll get back to making steady progress on this as well! :D

P.S. Of course, this isn't running on an emulator like DOSBox. haha!
P.S.2. I've aligned the translation with other Korean versions of Uncharted Waters wherever possible.

Yet another amazing port! You've done more to bring games to NeXT in the past year than anyone since John Carmack. ;D

Perhaps ironically given the subject matter this is pretty obscure in the West. From skipping through footage on YouTube I think the basic premise would put it somewhere between Elite and Oregon Trail in its appeal.

It's made possible because I've already ported SDL2 to OPENSTEP. As long as we don't obsess over full-screen mode, I think most SDL2-based games and software can be ported.

While testing this engine during a trial port recently, I also made some improvements to the sound subsystem of my SDL2-openstep port. For now... I reckon it's in the best state it can be for an SDL2 build.

Of course, the video is in Korean, but since the engine itself is built with UTF-8 support and uses its own bitmap fonts, it can comfortably handle Japanese, Chinese, and English as well. :D

Would it make any sense to add your SDL2 port to openstep-pkg, at least my fork of it?

Sure! Either way works for me :D
